Dr. Belinda Allen is a leading resilience advisor and expert in
leadership, resilience, and mental well-being, with a strong
foundation in nursing, corporate leadership, and healthcare
management. As the CEO of TRU'2 Health Fitness (T2FH), she
developed Resetology, a transformative methodology that
incorporates the Loop Breaker Model—a systems-based
approach designed to break the brain's habitual mental loops,
fostering clearer decision-making and enhanced resilience.
Dr. Allen is also the creator of the Breakaway Call Hotline,
providing quick, 3-minute mental resets to support individuals
in high-stress environments. A Mental Health First Aid
educator and author of LeaderHer to Leadership, Dr. Allen is
deeply passionate about advancing mental health awareness and
resilience.
With her nursing background and expertise, Dr. Allen has
become a National Academy of Medicine (NAM) Change
Maker, where she has been instrumental in addressing clinician
anxiety and mental fatigue. She advocates for systemic mental
health support and early intervention, working to influence
policies that integrate mental health education into schools and

T2FH was founded by Dr. Belinda Allen, a resilience advisor based in Maryland. Through years of

healthcare management. With extensive expertise in leadership, resilience, and mental well-being, along
with a strong foundation in nursing, Dr. Allen recognized the toll that burnout and mental fatigue take on
