corporate leadership. As CEO of TRU'2 Fitness Health (T2FH) and
a National Academy of Medicine Change Maker, she is an award
winning international speaker, educator, and trainer known for
delivering transformative experiences to her audiences.
Since 2018, Dr. Allen has inspired youth, leaders, and communities
with her dynamic presence and commitment to helping people lead
with clarity and confidence. She is the creator of Resetology, a
wellness framework anchored by her proprietary Loop Breaker
Model—a systems-based strategy designed to disrupt mental fatigue,
restore clarity, and build sustainable resilience in high-stakes
environments.
A tireless advocate for mental health, Dr. Allen is deeply committed
to enhancing mental health literacy and advancing early

and lead. She developed the Breakaway Call Hotline, a 3-minute

T2FH was founded by Dr. Belinda Allen, a resilience advisor based in Maryland. Through years of
experience, Dr. Allen noticed a recurring pattern of overwhelm among nurses and corporate leaders in
healthcare management. With extensive expertise in leadership, resilience, and mental well-being, along
with a strong foundation in nursing, Dr. Allen recognized the toll that burnout and mental fatigue take on
individuals—especially in high-stress environments.
Having personally experienced burnout, Dr. Allen was deeply concerned about its impact and dedicated
herself to finding a solution. This led to the creation of R3setology, a transformative methodology designed
